- Invoice and payment data (accounting): at least 7 years, in accordance with the tax retention obligation.
- Data related to fraud or abuse: at least 2 years after registration of the incident.
- Technical data (such as log files and IP addresses): maximum 12 months, unless necessary for security purposes.
After the retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Do we share your personal data with third parties?
DOWB does not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. We only provide your data if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
